When and where can I get the new colors?

Initially, the new colors will only be available in our online shop as an ONE DAY ONLY DROP.The drop will go live on Sunday, December 12th, and will remain running while stock lasts.

How can I get the new colors?

On December 12th, simply enter the code via the link in your email to ensure you get your favorite color!

What is the exclusive access code and where do I use it?

The code ensures your exclusive access to the NEW WAVE OF COLORS. Only once you have registered and received the key via email, will you be able to access it. The ONE DAY ONLY DROP goes live on Sunday, December 12th.

To order your favorite product, enter the access code via the link from GOT BAG in your email.

When is the latest date I can register?

You can register for the NEW WAVE OF COLORS - polar lights - via this link anytime until the end of the drop on December 12th, 11:59 PM (UTC-5).The code will be sent to you directly via email.

Can I reserve products in advance to make sure I get my favorite color?

We want to give everyone the same chance to get their favorite product. Even if your products are already in your shopping cart, they will not be saved or reserved.

When do I get the 50% refund?

Only the first 50 orders will receive a 50% refund, so it’s worth the hurry! The 50% refund only applies to the products in the NEW WAVE OF COLORS from your order. Since it is a retroactive discount, the lucky winners will be notified via email a few days after the ONE DAY ONLY DROP. Following our email, you will receive the 50% refund.
