Really more like 4.5 stars, but still love it

Things I love:
- The "oyster" color is a great neutral that isn't a boring black or white. I'm not worried about it showing dirt.
- The straps and back are super comfy.
- The magnetic closure makes it easy to get in and out of the pack.
- The inside zipper pocket is great for my wallet, sunglasses, and headphones.
- The detachable laptop sleeve is perfect for organizing my work stuff. It's super nice that it fits my laptop and my tablet so I can take all my work stuff out at once.
- The sleeve also keeps the backpack a comfortable shape against my back when my laptop is inside.

Things I don't love, but aren't aren't a deal breaker:
- I wish there was a more accessible spot to keep my keys. The front pocket works, but I have to take the pack off to get to them.
- I would prefer if the laptop sleeve slipped into a pocket instead of being attached via velcro. It's kinda hard to take in and out, especially if the pack is full.

I have yet to see how the backpack preforms in the rain, but that is another important factor for me. Overall, highly recommended!
