What does B Corp™ mean?
B Corp stands for "Benefit Corporation" — or "Benefit for All" — and describes a global movement of companies committed to an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable economy. The B Corp™ certification is awarded by the globally active non-profit organization B Lab™ to companies that demonstrably integrate social and environmental responsibility into their business practices. Since its founding in 2006 in the USA, there are now more than 6,000 certified B Corporations™ across more than 80 countries and 153 industries, including Patagonia, Ecover, and Ben & Jerry's.
What does this mean for us?
We want to keep growing and demonstrate that profitability and positive impact are not mutually exclusive. It matters to us that our business practices align with our values, and we strive to act transparently, ethically, and responsibly. We are committed to fair working conditions throughout our supply chain and work to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible. By continuously improving our processes and collaborating with other companies, we aim to create a more sustainable and equitable future for all.
Certified since 2023.
As part of the comprehensive B Impact Assessment™, we submitted transparent evidence and statements for around 200 questions across five topic areas: governance, employees, community engagement, environment, and customers. With success: after a two-year process, we achieved B Corp certification and proved our impact to date. You can find our results here.
IT’S A JOURNEY
The next certification process is due in three years. Until then, we want to keep working on ourselves, support the B Corp™ mission with full commitment, and drive positive change toward a responsible future for business — together with the B Corp™ community.
