HOW OUR PLASTIC TRACKER WORKS
Every kilogram counted by our Plastic Tracker is registered and verified through CleanHub and their tracking app, which is verified by TÜV SÜD.
1. Community Collection Point
Plastic waste is brought to a collection point by collectors from the local communities. There, the collector's ID card is scanned via the CleanHub app for tracking purposes, and the plastic waste is weighed, photographed, and registered.
2. GOT BAG Warehouse
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the waste is registered again in the app and subsequently sorted and pressed.
3. Recycling or Thermal Recovery
Depending on the type, the plastic is passed on to our partner for recycling or thermal recovery. Once the plastic has been processed, the corresponding quantities are registered by the partner in the app along with a certificate.
4. Plastic Tracker
Once the recycled or recovered plastic has been certified in the app, the GOT BAG Plastic Tracker counts up by the corresponding amount.
