THE BLUE MIND
Since 2018, The Blue Mind has been dedicated to the ocean – even in places where the sea seems far away. True to their motto "Understanding the Ocean" and their background as marine biologists, they raise awareness for the protection of our seas. Through lectures, experiments, and hands-on workshops, they help children, young people, and adults engage with complex topics such as plastic waste, climate change, and overfishing.
The goal is not just to learn theoretical facts, but above all to find practical ways to get involved in everyday life.
In 2026, The Blue Mind can organize ten additional events for children and young people, funded by our donation. We are grateful for their educational work with the next generation – especially since the workshops take place near our headquarters in Mainz.
