The GOT BAG newsletter giveaway is organized and conducted by GOT BAG GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer". Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and subject to the following terms and conditions.

One winner will be drawn on the first Monday of each month from all GOT BAG newsletter subscribers of the previous month. The winner is determined based on the time of registration via the provided sign-up form.

Participation is limited exclusively to adults of legal age under applicable law. Minor participants require the explicit consent of their legal guardian. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway, as well as employees and associates of the Organizer and their family members, are excluded from participation. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants at its own discretion and for legitimate reasons, in particular in cases of suspected manipulation, violation of these terms and conditions, unfair conduct, or false information provided in connection with participation in the giveaway.

The prize consists of a GOT BAG Starter Kit, comprising 1x ROLLTOP 2.0 black, 1x RE:SHELL CABIN 2.0 black, 1x CURVED BAG black monochrome, 1x MOON BAG MINI black, with a total value of €461. Winners are drawn monthly from all new newsletter subscribers of the respective month and notified by email. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal guardian of a minor winner. Self-collection of the prize is not possible. If the winner does not respond within 3 weeks after two requests, the prize may be transferred to another participating person.

The personal data collected in connection with the giveaway, such as the name and email address of participants, will be used exclusively for conducting the giveaway and are subject to applicable data protection regulations. The participant agrees that, in the event of winning, their name and email address may be published in the advertising media used by the Organizer. The participant may withdraw their consent at any time in writing. Upon withdrawal, the collected personal data will be deleted immediately.

Questions or complaints related to the giveaway should be directed to the Organizer. The giveaway promotion is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that most closely corresponds to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
