The bag is exactly as pictured and I love it. Just what I was looking for on the size and material, and it feels polished but still laidback so fits a variety of settings. Looking at other reviews, I thankfully had no issues with receiving the bag, customer service, etc.
It took a month, but I received my bag. It is a nice size and seems well made. I think it will make a nice bag to carry to work…it will hold quite a lot! Color is good too. I think I’ll be back for more.
I purchased this bag for an upcoming trip to Japan and it is perfect! The size is excellent for carrying all the items I'll need while sightseeing all day and the monochrome option provides an elevated look for when we end the night at a nicer restaurant. The lightweight material and the way the bag tucks right along your body makes this a very practical choice. The bag does tend to puff out when it's full, but the bulk can be moved towards your back and be out of your way as you move. It's got a trendy shape but super functional, non fussy, and versatile. You can definitely go from nature walks to urban hikes to grocery shopping to multicourse dinners with this bag, and you can feel good knowing that you've helped with our often bound plastic problem while you're at it!
Didn’t match my expectations
because on the pictures it looks like it’s has shape to it, but I guess it’s something was putted inside that’s giving shape like that for a photo , in reality it’s more like a tote bag, material is thin and soft doesn’t hold any shape.
I’m okay with a product, just if I saw it in real life i would not buy it for the purpose I was thinking of using it, I wanted one so I can carry my iPad, but it more like gym bag.
My friend has a big cross body that he uses for caring a camera, so I was looking for something similar for a long time, and when I found this brand I was really excited because of sustainability and what they do over all.
And I assumed that bag will have a body to it, because looking at other products especially backpacks looks like they’re made out of hard material, I will keep the bag but will use it for something else.
I purchased the large trench monochrome - love the size, love the color, love that its versatile, i can put my everyday need in my purse essentials. And the 2 mini pockets inside separates my lipsticks and hand lotions. It's an everyday bag and good when traveling cause it zips up. I can use as a crossbody or a shoulder. The material of the bag I can say, is elite. I did purchase three other large colors 🩷
