During this period, you can use our service free of charge. Simply submit your warranty claim via email at hello-us@got-bag.com.

Please also provide pictures & the purchase order number for a smooth service. Once you’ve done that, our Customer Happiness Team will get back to you with suitable solutions.

Anyone who has purchased a GOT BAG from our online shop within the last two years. If you did not purchase your product from our online shop, please contact your point of sale directly.

What does the warranty cover?

We guarantee that your GOT BAG can be used for two years without any functional impairment. If you notice a defect during this period, you may be eligible to make a warranty claim. Please submit a warranty request so that your case can be assessed.
